A glass of hazy, flaxen hay. Like a breeze through a wheat field, it’s filled with dry, grassy notes and hints of fresh berries. Light aromas of caramel and lemon drizzle cake. Bursts in the mouth with fresh citrus, hay, cut grass and a slight resinous quality. Super light, crisp and refreshingly bitter.
