Coolhead, from Helsinki, Finland, is proud to present the Glass Pyramid Project — a series of highly limited releases showcasing new hop varieties, innovative brewing techniques, and a range of unique fruits with a touch of creative madness. Each release will be produced in very small batches, sometimes in collaboration with some of the world’s top breweries.

As part of this project, they’re bringing back their beloved thick smoothie sours, much to the delight of fans who’ve been eagerly awaiting their return. Revisiting and refining the recipes from their popular Freshly Squeezed series, they’ve teamed up with Mortalis Brewing Company (USA), renowned for their rich berry and fruit purees. Combining the best of Freshly Squeezed with Mortalis’ famous Hydra series, they’ve created a juicy monster packed with raspberry, blackcurrant, 40kg of marshmallows, and an impressive 60% pure berry content — a thick, spoonable delight that’s as much a dessert as it is a beer.
