An organically maintained vineyard in the Cotes du Rhone ran by a father and son team who took over in 2015. Expect a purple-red in colour. Notes of black cherries, black pepper and smoke on the nose. Full-bodied and ripe on the palate with a bright acidity and medium tannins leading to a juicy finish. Try with duck breast with a beetroot risotto, venison bourguignon or braised rabbit.
